2001 Suburban 1500 power steering fluid leaking?

The resovoir for the power steering keeps falling and there is fluid on the fluid delivery cable where it leaves the bottom of the fill resovoir for about 5-6 inches, likely where it is leaking.

This would seem to simply indicate that the fluid delivery cable (not sure of the correct term) from the resovoir to the power steering needs changing.

Can I do this myself? How would I change it? I have most tools and can do most anything if given good directions.

If it needs professional service, what should it cost?2001 Suburban 1500 power steering fluid leaking?
fluid delivery cable would be called a power steering hose which any part stotre wil have on hand just a matter of knowing which hose so take it off and to store with you buy new hose and a bottle of fluid to refill not much to finding each end and unscrewing line2001 Suburban 1500 power steering fluid leaking?
the pump should have 2 hoses - high pressure and the return hose.they just screw on - should not be very difficult
