to get the old fluid out of the pump then pull the hose off and catch the fluid in a container. How do you change power steering fluid on a 1993 Honda Civic?
The fact is most cars never need it changed, but if you want to use a clear plastic tube suck out the old fluid with your mouth and put it into an empty bottle. You won't get it all out; that is impossible to do. Refill to the right level with fresh fluid.

Don't get any in your mouth, it is said to be toxic and certainly tastes bad.

My advice is to not change it. Have a look at the owners manual.
